The Shariyat-Ki-Sugmad states that when the world is in geologic and political turmoil, the Mᴀʜᴀɴᴛᴀ will come to show his mission to the world. Are these those times? Are the Sound of Soul events part of that mission?
Peaks of turmoil as you describe are cyclic, and today’s events surely do fit the bill.
The Mᴀʜᴀɴᴛᴀ of every age does reveal his mission to people. Many times, a hostile religious or political climate makes it essential that he gather but a few of the most aware individuals around. They would need to understand how to pass the secret ECK teachings to the uninitiated public in a discreet way.
Today, there is a widespread tolerance for the circulation of the ECK teachings in many parts of the world. So the teachings enjoy great visibility.
The Mᴀʜᴀɴᴛᴀ, the Living ECK Master is therefore able to inform untold millions about the true path to God.
Geologic and political upheavals jar people from their comfort zones. Their desire is to regain comfort in their hearts, so they often wander out onto the seekers’ byway.
Like spiritual beggars, they seek food of the imperishable kind.
The HU song is Soul’s food. Seekers unknowingly hunt for it. The Sound of Soul events let them taste it.
In the end, a seeker forever faces the question of how earnest his desire truly is.

A question came up about combining music with a HU Song, for chelas or the public. The idea was to sing HU for a few minutes, then listen to a flute, and repeat this pattern a total of three times. Is this OK?
Also, what about periods of contemplation during a forty-minute HU Chant? Sometimes the HU ends naturally after fifteen or twenty minutes, then after five or so minutes of quiet contemplation it continues. This may occur two or three times for the full forty minutes. Is this practice OK?
Thank you for the good questions. Please do not mix music with a HU Song. Such variations can be a distraction for people who are engaged in their own inner experience with the holy Sound Current.
However, what you described in an extended forty-minute HU Song is fine. Of its own accord, the HU may come to a resting place, then start up again very naturally. Much like the rhythm of breathing. There is a spiritual connection that lends itself better to experience than explanation. See what you discover.

With more and more Souls taking up yoga, meditation, and other spiritual practices, I’ve noticed that the concept of mindfulness is becoming more popular in society. How do you recommend building a bridge from mindfulness to the ECK goals of Self-Realization and God-Realization and becoming a Coworker with God?
Mindfulness is a group of Souls trying to find a better way to gain more spiritual awareness. They wish to get closer to God but don’t know how to go about it.
Here’s a chance to tell them about the HU song. Suggest they sing HU in their group meetings and personal contemplations too. In time, this will build a bridge to the ECK goals of Self-Realization, God-Realization, and becoming a Coworker with God.
—Sri Harold Klemp
Ask to see the people you meet today through the eyes of the Mᴀʜᴀɴᴛᴀ. Listen with his ear for any number of them to let you know they are indeed willing to learn of HU. Then offer them this gift from the Mᴀʜᴀɴᴛᴀ.
“The MAHANTA, the Living ECK Master is therefore able to inform untold millions about the true path to God. ”
-Sri Harold Klemp.
The pressure of the day might take its toll but a follower of the MAHANTA has nothing to fear.
The MAHANTA is the most qualified spiritual teacher in this era of spiritual malnourishment.
As clean as gold may shine, there is a chance of hidden stain.
Life is a wave with highs and lows.
Where goes attention is all that counts.
MAHANTA is the high and anger is the low.
The choice of attention is up to the children of God.
Attention centered upon the MAHANTA is how we roll.
From here, consciousness may expand beyond time and space.
Time and space are constructs of the mind.
For inside the Moment, Soul is.
No one climbs a mountain on the back of another.
If non-attachment is the game plan,
divine love is the game.
But who can play well without a qualified coach?
Thank you MAHANTA for being my coach.

I love the simple HU song as it is available to be sung around the world. Sharing this in so many ways is wonderful.
During contemplation, I sung HU, and went deeper into myself, than ever before. There, I experienced myself, as a gentle breath of love. So, now I know. Without the Mahanta, I would still have been wandering around, lost.
Thank you. I will do just that: “Ask to see the people you meet today through the eyes of the Mᴀʜᴀɴᴛᴀ.”
Thank you for the tip.
Beautiful IS the word HU, the ancient, sacred name For God! For me, Its the key To Soul’s attribute of humility & complete surrender To the Voice of God! It’s the Only way to travel smoothly in this lower physical world as well as the inner worlds, with grace & Love For divine spirit and the Mahanta.
I sing Hu everytime i wake up early in the morning and as i contemplate the Sound Current coming in rolling in my inner universe and i ride with it enjoying the presence of the Eck.
I sing Hu each with a different seed of contemplation from the sound of soul, Shariyat ki sugmad or any other Mahanta transcripts more I can perceive what is Hu. What is Hu doing for me? And how can I share this valuable song with others who indeed need it?
